Error: "Failure in opening file license.rec" while loading RSA ACE/Server token records
File permissions and ownership are also correct; still getting same error message
Getting error while importing tokens in to database
Error: "failure in opening file license.rec"

For ACE/Server 5.0.x Verify that the environment is setup properly with the following variables set:
USR_ACE=/"path"/ace/prog
VAR_ACE/"path"/ace/data
DLC=/"path"/ace/rdbms
PROPATH=/"path"/ace/protrig:/"path"/ace/prog/progui:/"path"/ace/prog/proapi

For ACE/Server version 5.1 and higher the environment is different:

USR_ACE=/"path"/ace/prog

VAR_ACE=/"path"/ace/data

DLC=/"path"/ace/rdbms

PROPATH=/"path"/ace/prog/proapi/adbapi.pl:/"path"/ace/prog/proapi/sdproapi.pl:/"path"/ace/prog/protrig:/"path"/ace/prog
