Keon Registration Authority using Keon Certificate Authority jurisdiction configured for V3 certificates
Keon Certificate Authority administrator or vettor certificates are issued off of the configured KCA Jurisdiction CA, not the Admin CA like KCA uses. Since it uses the Jurisdiction, the certificates can be V3 and also will get published to external LDAP.

RSA Security is looking into changing the KRA Vettor and Administration certificate to be similar to the KCA in a future release.
