RSA Product Set: RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle
RSA Version/Condition: 7.0.2 P06, 7.1.0 P01

After upgrading to RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P06 or 7.1.0 P01, the Manual Fulfillment node in the Default AFX Manual Fulfillment Subprocess workflow does not show any details.

In addition, if you edit the workflow in the Workflow Editor and select the Manual Fulfillment node for editing, the editor no longer displays any information about the workflow correctly.
  • The Save, Refresh, Print Model, and Rollback menu options are disabled and the workflow cannot be saved.
  • The Properties menu for all other nodes will display incorrectly.
  • The Activity Node Properties panel on the right side cannot be expanded or collapsed.

This issue occurs due to a problem with a new feature of the Manual Fulfillment node in the Default AFX Manual Fulfillment Subprocess workflow introduced in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patches.
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P06
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P01
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-85972.

This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patches:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P08
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P02

The following technique may be used to modify the Default AFX Manual Fulfillment Subprocess workflow and create a new Manual Fulfillment node.

You will not be able to save the workflow if you attempt to edit the Manual Fulfillment node directly, but you can work around this by using the multiple select option of the Workflow editor.
  1. Open the Default AFX Manual Fulfillment Subprocess workflow in the Workflow editor. In the user interface go to Requests > Workflows > Fulfillment tab {name of workflow}.

Be careful not to click directly on the Manual Fulfillment node.

  1. Left mouse click on the background to enable the multiple selection tool and draw a box around both the Manual Fulfillment node and the Stop node, so that the transition lines are also selected.
