Changes to the Manual Fulfillment Node in an AFX Fulfillment Workflow are unable to be saved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

• The Save, Refresh, Print Model, and Rollback menu options are disabled and the workflow cannot be saved. 
• The Properties menu for all other nodes will display incorrectly.
• The Activity Node Properties panel on the right side cannot be expanded or collapsed.

1. Open the Default AFX Manual Fulfillment Subprocess workflow in the Workflow editor. In the user interface go to Requests > Workflows > Fulfillment tab {name of workflow}.

Be careful not to click directly on the Manual Fulfillment node.

2. Left mouse click on the background to enable the multiple selection tool and draw a box around both the Manual Fulfillment node and the Stop node, so that the transition lines are also selected. 

 

3. Press the Delete button on your keyboard to delete the selected objects including the Manual Fulfillment node.
4. Select Yes to confirm you want to delete all selected nodes and transitions.

5. Add a new Manual Fulfillment node and define the new transition elements.

6. Save the new workflow.
