If you find that you are looking for support on your NetWitness purchased VNX it is important to remember to contact NetWitness Support to assist. Currently any customer who has purchased a VNX with their NetWitness purchase must go through NetWitness Support to open a case with EMC.
When requesting a case be opened for the VNX, do the following:
- Make sure there is an active maintenance contract for the VNX.
- Retrieve the serial number for the VNX
- Open the case with Netwitenss Support
