Requiring support on a RSA NetWitness purchased VNX?

If you find that you are looking for support on your NetWitness purchased VNX it is important to remember to contact NetWitness Support to assist. Currently any customer who has purchased a VNX with their NetWitness purchase must go through NetWitness Support to open a case with EMC.


When requesting a case be opened for the VNX, do the following:

  1. Make sure there is an active maintenance contract for the VNX.
  2. Retrieve the serial number for the VNX
  3. Open the case with Netwitenss Support
