IssueThe RSA Identify Governance & Lifecycle Identity Data Unification step is showing as Failed.

The admin errors for the Identity Data Load Run shows the following description for the error:

IDC(ID=6). Identity data
processing task aborted Fri
Nov 02 CDT 2018, due to
user abort of preceding
processing task in data collection.)
Message[Identity data processing
task aborted due to previous error
in data collection)

In addition, the Admin Errors for the Collection Circuit Breaker shows the following description for the error:

Circuit Breaker tripped in data run task [12345] in run [12345]

The /home/oracle/wildfly-8.2.0.Final/standalone/log/aveksaServer.log shows the following exception:

Caused by: com.aveksa.server.xfw.ValidationException: The mandatory identity collection did not happen for collector "Bangalore Users"
   at com.aveksa.server.xfw.RunUnificationRequest.validateIdentityCollections(RunUnificationRequest.java:117)
   at com.aveksa.server.xfw.UnificationExecutor.executeTask(UnificationExecutor.java:93)

CauseThis error may occur if the Identity Data Unification step attempts to run and the previous Data Collection step has not completed.    This error message should not occur as unification should only be attempted if the data collection has completed.  
ResolutionThe proximate cause for the Identify Data Unification failure is really the circuit break tripped for the previous data collection.  Resolve the database issues that caused the circuit breaker to trip. 

This issue is resolved in the following patches.   The patch prevents the unification from running if the previous collection failed.
