IssueA user is reporting that they are having trouble with a rule that uses a custom fact. The rule works as expected in the UAT (test environment) but not in the production environment. The logic of the rule seems to be identical. 
CauseThe problem was the custom fact. In the UAT, the custom fact was called "CustomFact" but in the production environment it was called "Custom_Fact"  The policy manager did not recognize the "_" when it was created (it changed it to a space " " ), so it did not recognize "Custom_Fact" as a match to "Custom Fact" (which the policy manager had stored it) when sent to the rule engine.
