IssueIs it possible to change the message sent along with the code for an OOB authentication method sent to an end user via a load sheet or request to the RSA operations team?
ResolutionNo, this it not possible. It is possible to change the FI name but not the actual message that is sent to the end user. A message may look something like:

"This is a verification alert you have requested: 1234
Reply HELP of call 11234567890 for help
Reply STOP to cancel
MSG&DATA rates may apply"

The message will be slightly different depending on the vendor.
