IssueCustomer requests for any mechanism to bulk lock from a CSV a list of accounts in the RSA risk engine, presumably some script making API calls?
ResolutionThis can be done using the AA Admin API methods to change the user status. Documentation about the AA Admin API methods and their usage can be found for any AA version in the "API ReferenceGuide".
Currently RSA don't provide a pre-built script to do that, but customer's development area can build a script that reads through the CSV file and perform a "lockUser" method call per each line or user in that file.
If RSA help is required to build that script it is highly recommended to involve RSA Professional Services to work in the implementation, testing and execution of that script and they will make sure to meet any expectations with the resulting script.
