Update (14:20 EST):
The issue has been fully resolved and the registration portal is once again functioning as expected.

The RSA Registration Portal (https://community.rsa.com/register), which is utilized by RSA Link, RSA Download Central and other online portals, is currently experiencing an issue and is unavailable.

 

Users that attempt to register are currently presented with an error message similar to the following:  GetUserStatus() failed. In case the server is temporarily unavailable, try back later or contact RSA Support.

 

This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process. 

 

During this time, existing users are still able to log in to RSA Link and other online portals without issue.
