IssueAfter adjusting settings in the Job Engine Manager and clicking Save, the settings revert back to their original values.  For example, the “Max CPU (%)” and “Max RAM (%)” values revert back to 100% despite repeated reconfigurations:

CauseThe account used to run the Archer services does not have full administrator privileges on the server.
ResolutionOn each Archer web and services server, add the service account to the "Local Administrators" group.
