The issue was fully resolved at approximately 3:30am EDT on March 13th.

RSA Link and other RSA online portals such as myRSA and the Case Management portal are currently experiencing a service interruption with its single sign-on (SSO) functionality.


Users that log in are generally able to complete the login process but are then routed to a Single Sign-on Error page or shown a similar error message, depending on the platform.  RSA employees are immediately shown an "Authentication Error" message upon entering their username.


This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process.
