![]() Update - 22:53 EDT The DNS issues have been resolved and users are once again able to access RSA Link and other portals without errors. RSA Link and other RSA online portals such as myRSA and the Case Management portal are currently experiencing a service interruption relating to DNS issues.
Some users are reporting that they are getting the message “This site can’t be reached” when attempting to access these websites in various browsers, and that attempts to establish a connection with the websites with nslookup or cURL are resulting in “Server failed” or “Could not resolve host” errors.
The issue currently appears to only be affecting RSA and Dell Technologies employees.
This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process. RSA employees can follow the investigation in the internal ticket RSALINK-5886.
