myRSA Service Interruption: March 14th

13:30 EDT Update:

The issue has been resolved and users are once again able to access the myRSA portal.

The myRSA portal is currently experiencing a service interruption relating to DNS issues.

 

Some users are reporting that they are getting the message “This site can’t be reached” when attempting to access the my.rsa.com or download.rsasecurity.com URLs.

 

The issue is currently not affecting RSA and Dell Technologies employees that are connected to the corporate network or VPN.

 

This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process.
