Summary:

RSA, a Dell Technologies business, is reminding all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA NetWitness Platform version 10.6.x (to include any follow-on patches and service packs) on October 31, 2019.   No Extended Support will be offered for this version.

 

Affected Products:

All versions of RSA NetWitness Platform 10.6.x

 

Recommendation:

Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Platform version 10.6.x, are encouraged to upgrade first to v10.6.6 and then directly to either RSA NetWitness Platform v11.2 or v11.3 (releasing in mid-April).

 

As we are not supporting All-in-One (AIO) solutions going forward in v11.x, customers running an All-in-One solution should contact their RSA Sales Representative to review options to migrate to a supported solution.
