SSO issue has now been resolved and is once again functioning normally.

RSA Link is currently experiencing a service interruption with its single sign-on (SSO) functionality.


Users that log in are generally not able pass with the error message "took too long to respond". This issue is due to a power/network outage which occurred in the Bedford center today. So team has postponed the SSO Turn-on until all systems have been brought back online.


This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process.
