The issue has been resolved and new users can register successfully.

RSA is currently experiencing a service interruption with the RSA Registration Portal.


Users that attempt to register as an RSA customer or partner—providing a valid serial number, contract number, license key or Site ID—are getting the following error message: "We were unable to validate the information you provided. Please check your entries again and re-submit." 


The issue also occurs for users attempting to register without selecting the "I am an RSA customer or partner" option.


This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process.
