IssueA customer may want to change the SMS message information  "Message from ...."
How can that be configured, who does this configuration and where-- the FI Authentication Loadsheet, or the OOB third-party vendor or special request from Professional Services?
A sample type of question a customer may ask --"In our FI we noticed the copy of the SMS message RSA sends to the member, regardless of whether the external transfer is outbound or in-bound states that the transfer is going to the external account.  How can we change this?"
ResolutionAny type of change of the information delivered in the text message will be evaluated and seen if feasible to be changed by a Professional Services engagement. (Sign an SOW if the request is determined to be feasible.) 

Please refer the customer to their RSA Sales Account Representative.
