IssueCustomer query -- Could you please provide a database query on how to get the counts of unbound devices directly from the database.
ResolutionDESKTOPS table is the one which holds all user device information and the BINDINGS table holds information on the number of devices that are bound to a specific user.

The query to get the count of unbound devices

Oracle database:

select count(*) from RSA_CORE.DESKTOPS where pmid not in (select pmid from RSA_CORE.BINDINGS);

MS SQL database:

select count(*) from rsa_core_aa.DESKTOPS where pmid not in (select pmid from rsa_core_aa.BINDINGS);
