IssueThe purpose of the Enabled condition for a Request Form Field is to control when the field is enabled. This is done by defining a condition that when it evaluates to true, will enable the field and when it evaluates to false, will disable the field. The problem is that the Enabled condition for a Request Form Field of Control Type: Checkbox, does not disable the field when the condition evaluates to False.

For example, create a simple form with a checkbox type field. Add an Enabled condition that results in false; such as:  JavaScript 1==0. The expected behavior when the form is run, is that this field will not display since the condition always evaluates to false. However, the field is displayed.
