IssueThe updateReviewItems web service command is not able to update review items when two users have the same UserID. This scenario occurs when there is a duplicate user where one user is active and the other is terminated. This issue is seen only when using web services. When updating the review items for the same (duplicate) user in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, the action completes successfully. As long as there is only one unique UserID, the web service command updateReviewItems completes as expected.
