|Issue||I need to ensure that I am receiving email notifications regarding scheduled maintenance and service incidents for my hosted RSA Archer Suite environment.|
|Resolution||Beginning in August, 2019, service notifications for hosted RSA Archer Suite environments are published on RSA Link on the RSA Archer Suite Service Notifications page. This page is only accessible by RSA Archer Suite customers with active maintenance contracts, RSA partners and RSA employees.|
The designated RSA Archer Hosted Services administrator(s) for your organization has automatically been enrolled to receive service notification emails that are specific to your data center, assuming they have already registered for an RSA Link account. If you are not an administrator for your organization’s hosted environment but would like to receive email notifications, you can Follow the page(s) specific to your datacenter to receive service notifications via email.
Follow the steps below to subscribe to service notifications:
After performing the steps above (and repeating for any other environments to which you need to subscribe) you will begin receiving email notifications from email@example.com for any new or updated service notifications for the environment(s) to which you subscribed.
Following the high-level RSA Archer Suite Service Notifications page will not result in email notifications, as it is merely an aggregation page for the four underlying service notification pages mentioned in Step 3 above.
