Applies ToThis article applies to Dell Technologies employees (including RSA employees) who have registered for an RSA Link account.
IssueEmail notifications from RSA Link (sent via the no-reply@rsa.com address) are no longer being received and are instead appearing in the daily digest emails as shown in the screenshot below.

ResolutionEmployees that are experiencing this issue should follow the instructions in the internal article entitled Resolving issues with RSA Link email notifications getting quarantined by the Dell Email Digest feature to add the no-reply@rsa.com address to their individual Safe Senders List.
NotesIf you are still not getting email notifications from RSA Link even after safelisting the no-reply@rsa.com email address, then you may be experiencing one or more of the issues mentioned in the articles below.
