Issue | The end user's browser is showing one of the following errors when Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) is configured as an Identity Provider (IdP) for the RSA Cloud Authentication Service: HTTP 404 (Not Found) HTTP 405 (Method Not Allowed) |
Cause | This issue can occur if an incorrect URL is configured in the Issuer URL field of the IdP configuration for IWA in the Cloud Administration Console. An example is if the required trailing forward slash ("/") is omitted from the URL. |
Resolution | To resolve this issue,

Notes | If the IIS webserver page changed from RSASecurIDIWAConnector to any other name (for example, MyIWAServer), the issuer URL should be changed accordingly to https://<IWA_SERVERNAME>/MyIWAServer/. |
