IssueAttempts to create a new archive run in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface under Admin > System > Data Management tab > Archiving > Create,  fail with the following error:
The archival Start and End dates can not be overlapping with the existing archives.

CauseThe function being used to calculate the oldest date for an Archive is returning an incorrect value, which is causing the overlap error. This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-100974.
ResolutionThis issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P04.
WorkaroundAs a workaround, when creating a new archive, manually set the next Archive Start Date to the most recent Archive End Date plus one day.
