Overview

This is the second course in the Adaptive Authentication Case Management curriculum, for both Cloud and On-Premise offerings. Building upon the foundation established in the overview course, this course takes the learner on a deeper dive into the Case Management application. Upon finishing this course, you will have an understanding of all the features of the Case Management application. You will also learn how to manage, operate and work with Case Management to analyze any suspicious activities in order to maintain a secure/fraud-proof environment.

  • Create, edit, update and manage cases in the Case Management application
  • Utilize Case Management’s features to analyze cases associated to any suspicious/fraudulent activities
  • Manage users and organizations in Case Management
  • Use the Research Activities and LookUp User features to analyze cases
