The issue was resolved at 14:10 EDT on October 13th. 


RSA Link, myRSA and the RSA Case Management portal are currently experiencing a service interruption with its single sign-on (SSO) functionality.

 

Users that log in are able to do so successfully, but are then presented with one of the following situations:

  • RSA Link users are redirected to the Single Sign-on Error page.
  • Users accessing the RSA Case Management portal are presented with a Salesforce Single Sign-on Error page.
  • Users accessing myRSA are routed to Google with the following query parameters in the web address bar:

 

This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process.
