Issue

In out of the box applications, calculated fields are displaying numbers (IDs) where they should be showing application or field names.

Example:
This instance is licensed for Business Processes, but not for Business Impact Analysis:
Impact Analysis Performed Calculated Field Invalid
In this example, field 3550 should be a cross-reference field that Targets the Business Impact Analysis application. Since the application is not licensed, the cross-reference is no longer available in the UI so only the field ID is shown in the calculation.

CauseIf these are out of the box fields that have not been packaged, then this is likely due to the referenced applications/fields being unlicensed in the Archer instance. When license keys are applied, any unlicensed applications and cross-references targeting those applications are removed from the Archer UI. Calculated fields are not removed, but they can no longer reference these objects as expected; instead, they display the object ID.
ResolutionThis is functioning as designed. When unlicensed objects are referenced in a calculation, the calculation will, by design, reference the object ID rather than the object name.
WorkaroundWe recommend the following actions if you would like to "clean up" these calculated fields:

Inactivate the field(s) and move them off-layout in the application.

OR

To completely remove the calculation from the system (so it will not generate log errors):
1. Copy the calculation from the formula configuration and paste it in the field Description

2. Once the calculation is copied, un-check the "Calculated Field" option in the field configuration.

NotesSome out of the box fields are locked. This means that they are not able to be edited in this way. These fields can only be removed from the layout.
