8 Nov 16:39 EST Update:
The issue has been fully tested and seems to be resolved for all but a handful of edge cases, which are being investigated separately.

1 Nov 15:00 EDT Update:
A fix is being deployed by the vendor this afternoon/evening, which should address the formatting issues that are being experienced.

RSA Link is currently experiencing an issue resulting from an upgrade that was deployed yesterday to the Khoros JX (formerly Jive-x Cloud) platform on which RSA Link is built, which impacts the formatting of content throughout the website.

Due to this issue, content (e.g. documentation, knowledge base articles, etc.) that is published or updated may be injected with one or more blank lines in between paragraphs and other elements such as graphics, headings, etc.

This issue was escalated to Khoros at the time it was first discovered, and the RSA Link team has been working continuously to identify any potential workarounds to alleviate the issue until the root cause can be addressed.
