Issue | Can RSA supply endpoint timings, ie, how long does it take for a particular SOAP request to be processed and a response sent? |
Resolution | No this is not possible in the RSA production environment. We don't capture all the individual SOAP requests sent to us and the associated time it takes to respond to it. We do log all the successful requests that are made to us via the API (primarily authentication requests) but in those, we just capture the time of the call not how long it took for AA Hosted to reply to it. It may be possible to do this in the UAT (Unit under test, test environment) but provision must be made first with the RSA operations team to set up logging so that these particular requests can be tracked and timed. |
