RSA Link and other RSA online portals such as myRSA and the Case Management portal are currently experiencing a service interruption involving both its single sign-on (SSO) and its core functionality.
Users that log in are generally able to complete the login process but are then routed to a Single Sign-on Error page or shown a similar error message, depending on the platform. RSA employees are immediately shown an "RSA SecurID Error" message upon entering their username.
Users are also experiencing severe display issues throughout the website, which is due to a larger platform issue actively being addressed by the vendor.
This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as urgently as possible, and updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the process.
