|Applies To||RSA Product Set: RSA Archer|
RSA Version/Condition: 6.x
|Issue||When running the Data Feed, a warning "Values list value contains extra colons within the field" is displayed and the data in the field is not transferred to the destination as expected.|
|Cause||Due to a design limitation of the out of the box transform, when using an Archer-to-Archer data feed (Archer Web Services Transporter), it is required for all fields in the report to have at least one value before "Load Fields" functions properly on the Source Definition tab of a Data Feed. |
If the requirement is not met, then "Load Fields" does not properly create values list fields on the Source Definition tab of the Data Feed and the Data Feed will have these warnings and fail to transfer data as expected after being mapped.
This is already documented in the Archer Help:
|Workaround||Workaround #1 (During Data Feed design/Development):|
Workaround #2 (Manually fix the source definition).
For each values list field that is causing this Warning to be reported.
