RSA Version/Condition: All
IssueThe client must contact ANSI.  Once a contract between the client and ANSI is in place, ANSI contacts RSA Archer giving us permission to release the content to them.  The client can reach the ANSI Team at StandardsSubscriptions@ansi.org.  
 
Resolution
  1. Client submits inquiry to ANSI.
  2. If an agreement is not in place, ANSI provides information as to how to obtain it.
  3. Once licensing is verified, ANSI authorizes release of the content files to their contact of record.
  4. Case is created/assigned to Archer Support resource.
  5. Content is sent to the contact they have on file for your company.
