RSA will be updating the Raw Data Report (RDR) called Cases Report in the upcoming Adaptive Authentication (Cloud) 14.1.4 release, which is currently scheduled to UAT on Sunday, April 19th 2020. The changes include:

  • Adding a new column: A new column called OperatorName, which will provide the name of the operator who last updated the case, will be added to the Cases Report.
  • Removing a duplicated column: The Cases Reports currently includes a duplicated column called RuleNameTest, which indicates the Test Rule name that triggered the creation of the case. This extra column will be removed, so it no longer appears twice in the report.

To prepare for this release, RSA advises that you verify whether you have any processes based on the current format of the RDR Cases Reports, which could be affected by this update. If you do, you will have to change these processes before the Adaptive Authentication (Cloud) 14.1.4 release.

If you have any questions, contact either your Service Account Manager or RSA Technical Support.
