IssueA termination rule designed to disable accounts for one or more applications, detects the terminated user but does not create change requests to disable the accounts in those applications.

CauseThis issue occurs if a terminated user has accounts in multiple applications and another termination rule configured to disable accounts in one or more applications has previously been run, detected the terminated user and created change requests to disable accounts in those specific applications. When a subsequent termination rule runs to generate requests to disable accounts in other applications for the same user, no changer requests are created.

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-102860.

ResolutionThis issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P09
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0
