Issue	In a values list field. When pulling a value on top of another one, to create a nested value, a circle with an X appears, and you can only drop it before or after a value.
Cause	Zoom setting for browser is set to a value other than 100%.
Resolution	Use Browser settings to set Zoom value to 100%.
