Issue | When a user tries to pull a report from an application a cross-reference field has a colon (:) at the end of its values. The customer checked the referenced application and extracted a report directly from it – which doesn’t have any : in it. Data seems to be fine while checking in Archer but a colon (:) appears in report extracts.
|
Resolution | The cross-referenced application was leveled. The cross-reference had a key at each level. Each level had a key.

Archer uses the : character as a level delimiter for report export. In this case, it was adding the : at the end even though nothing was in the next level.

In this example look at line 2. It has both. The : is a separator. There is no way to get rid of the colon because the levels each have a required key. This is functioning as designed.
