ResolutionLocate the following configuration setting in the "Archer.Services.Queuing.exe.config" file that is located in the \\Program Files\RSA Archer\Services folder or your Archer Installation directory, Services folder.  <add key="memoryThresholdInMB" value="1000" />
Increase the memory setting anywhere from 2000 up to 6000.

NotesAdditional Recommendations:
  1. For best performance, have the Search Index File Location local to the Queuing Server.
  2. On the Queuing Server, verify any virus protection software or scanning software excludes the Search Index File Location from scanning.
  3. If the Queuing Server also handles the Job Engine and/or Web processes, you may want to consider dedicating a server for the Queuing Service.
  4. Ensure that the Queuing Service is only running on ONE server. All other servers should have the service disabled.
