Please be advised, on Wednesday April 8th, 2020 at 7:00PM Central (April 9th, 12:00AM UTC), the wildcard SSL certificate used in the RSA Archer US Hosted/SaaS environments will be updated to a newer certificate to replace the expiring certificate.
Typically, this is a zero user impact change. No downtime is expected.
The only time we have seen issues in the past is when clients use some types of Java based API automation that requires certificates to be loaded into their Javas Keystore.
For your convenience in those isolated situations, the public certificate for the US Hosted/SaaS as well as EMEA Hosted environments are attached to this notification.
