Resolution
  1. Stop Job Engine Service on all servers.
  2. From a Services server, open a command prompt window 
  3. Change the directory to C:\Program Files\RSA Archer\Services.  Note: The drive letter and path may vary.
  4. Run the ArcherTech.JobFramework.Job.exe process.
  5. Open Task Manager > Details Tab. Note down the PID of the ArcherTech.JobFramework.Job.exe process. To ensure that it is the correct one, you will find ArcherTech.JobFramework.Job.exe in the Command-line column. Note:  If you want to add the Command-line column, right-click any of the column headers then choose Select columns and check the Command-line checkbox.
  6. From SQL Management Studio, open SQL Server Profiler. Tools > SQL Server Profiler.
  7. From the Events Selection tab, select the Stored Procedures RPC: Completed event in all columns.
  8. Click the Column Filters button and select ClientProcessID. Expand Equals and type the PID from step 5.
  9. Run the trace.
  10. Click the Job to be performed in the UI.
  11. Open RSA Archer Control Panel > Plugins >Job Engine Manager > Available Jobs
  12. Copy the Job ID for the Job to be traced.
  13. Go back to the command prompt window opened in Step 2. Paste the Job Id and type in the Instance name. Note: Leave a space between the Job ID and the Instance name.
  14. Press enter to run the job.
  15. When the job is complete or Press enter to exit in the cmd is reached, the trace will be complete.
