CauseThe service account has to be in the administrators' group in the servers.
  1. From the Start menu on the Server, Click "Local users and Groups"
  2. Locate Administrators group.
  3. Double-click on the Administrators group.
  4. Add the service account.
  5. Then Restart the iis by following the below steps:

  • From the Start menu, click Run.
  • In the Open box, type cmd, and click OK.
  • At the command prompt, type. iisreset /noforce. .
  • IIS attempts to stop all services before restarting. The IISReset command-line utility waits up to one minute for all services to stop.
NotesFollowed the recommendation in this article by adding the service account to the administrator groups https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-45787
