2020-04-27 08:54 MDT Update:
The issue has been resolved and notifications are functioning properly.

RSA Link is currently experiencing a service interruption involving the delivery of notifications via email and within the website inbox for users.


Users that are subscribed to (i.e. "following") spaces and/or content throughout the website are not currently receiving notifications for new content creation or when existing content is updated.  This includes all content, including product advisories, documentation, discussion threads, etc.


This issue is due to an outage in the platform on which RSA Link is built, and is already being actively investigated by the vendor in order to resolve it as urgently as possible. Updates to the issue will be posted in this advisory throughout the incident until resolved.
