CauseThis issue happens when the RSA Archer Job engine service is unable to access the file repository due to an invalid location.

The File Repository serves many purposes for the RSA Archer configuration. For example, the File Repository provides storage for the following services:
  • Attachments that are uploaded as content;
  • Temporary files, such as packages and exports;
  • Data feeds; and
  • Charts that are created by reports and searches.

For a single server

Place the correct the file repository path in the Archer Control Panel instance tab, as shown in the example below:

For multiple servers

Configure the Network Share to:

  • Maintain the File Repository and Company_files so that it is accessible to all servers.
  • Allow read and write permissions to the predefined domain-based service account.
