IssueAfter uninstalling RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle and attempting to re-install the application using install.sh, the re-installation hangs at:

The /tmp/aveksa-install.log has the following error:

CauseThe key error is:
 
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied


The default password for the oracle user and/or root user was changed. Although this is allowed, the installation expects the original oracle and root user default passwords.
 
ResolutionTo resolve this error:
  1. Restore the default password for the oracle and root users.
  2. Attempt the installation again.
  3. Once the installation is successful, the passwords for the oracle and/or root user can be changed.
