|Applies To||This article applies to RSA customers who already have an RSA Link / myRSA account and need to know their Customer ID (Site ID).|
|Resolution||Follow the steps below to locate your Customer IDs within the myRSA portal.|
|Notes||If you are unable to access the myRSA portal then you likely have not yet registered for an RSA Link account and will need to do so.|
Alternatively, if you are able to access the myRSA portal but see an error stating No Records Found then this indicates that you did not validate yourself as a customer when you registered for an RSA Link account and will need to re-register using the same email address to update your account status.
If you still experience issues logging in and/or viewing your information within the myRSA portal, submit the form at https://community.rsa.com/contact and the RSA Support team will assist as needed.
