Issue | When viewing the Application Coverage numbers for a User Entitlement Review, one or more negative numbers display in the Total Ents Not in Review column. (Reviews > Results > {Review Result name} > Application Coverage button.) The original review did not have any negative numbers when viewing the Application Coverage numbers: |
Cause | A negative number in this column means that entitlements included in the review have since been deleted by subsequent collection(s). In this case, the review holds more entitlements than exist after the latest collection. |
Resolution | CAUTION: The solution is to run a Review Refresh. In this case, data from the original review results may be lost. Use caution when implementing this resolution. Run a Review Refresh to update the Review. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to Reviews > Results > {Review Result name} > Refresh Items button and check the following options: The Review is updated to reflect the number of entitlements in the system as of the moment you ran the Review Refresh. |
