Cause | This issue occurs when part of the URL is defined as a job-level variable and part of the URL is static text. This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-105056. |
Resolution | This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P03. |
Workaround | Upgrade to the versions mentioned in related RSA Knowledge Base Article 000038616 -- Hyperlinks in the Email body of Workflow Nodes that are defined as Job Level Variables are not saved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. Once you have upgraded to one of those versions, the following workaround can be used: Create a new job-level variable where the entire URL is part of the variable and no part of the URL includes static text. |
