RSA FraudAction Dashboard 1.2 includes these new features and enhancements.
Support for Microsoft Edge
For enhanced browser usability, FraudAction Dashboard now supports Microsoft Edge. For information on all supported browsers, see the FraudAction Dashboard 1.2 Release Notes.
Customizable User Preferences
This release includes these new customizable options:
- CSV Delimiter
The user can now choose the preferred CSV delimiter from a dropdown list. This choice is saved for all future entries and will be applied to all CSV exports. For more information, see Change the CSV Delimiter in the FraudAction Dashboard User Guide.
- Date and Time Format
The user can now select the preferred date and time format from a dropdown list in the FraudAction Dashboard, or in an API call. The date and time preference is saved for all future entries and is applied to all search and export displays, and API calls.

- New API Methods to Change User Preferences
The user can now select the preferred time zone, date format and time format through an API call. These preferences are saved for all future entries and are applied to all search and export displays in the FraudAction Dashboard, and API calls. Infrastructure and Security Enhancements
This release includes continued infrastructure and security enhancements to comply with industry and third-party standards and recommendations.
