Issue | The menu bar in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle is not refreshed when change requests and/or pending submissions are created in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. The problem is more noticeable with pending submissions. For example, when a user who has never created a request or pending submission request logs in, they see the following menu options: After creating a request, the expected behavior is that the Requests option would appear on the menu bar as in the following example but this does not happen until the user logs out of and back into RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. Once a request is created for a user it can be cancelled but not deleted. Therefore, the Requests menu option is always there from that point going forward even though it is not technically refreshed. If a pending submission is created (for example, create a request to add access but close the browser before finishing the request), it is expected that a drop-down option appear as in the following example but this does not happen. Pending submissions are deleted daily which causes the submenu to disappear daily as well. Because of this, when pending submissions are created, they cannot be viewed until the user logs out of and back into RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. |
