Resolution | 1) Log on the RSA Link portal: https://community.rsa.com/![]() 2) Click on "My Cases" top menu: ![]() 3) Go to "Cases" tab: ![]() 4) Within the "View" drop-down menu, select "Open Cases (portal view)" and click on the "Go!" button. ![]() 5) Click on the case number you would like to update or comment on. ![]() 6) Hover your mouse on "Case Comments" menu and click on "Add Comment": ![]() 7) Write your update in the "Comment" field and click the "Save" button: ![]() 8) A confirmation will be displayed. You can also view your recent comment(s) by hovering your mouse on the "Case Comments" menu: ![]() 9) The case owner will get an email notification about your comment and the case status will also be updated: ![]() End of process. |
