Applies ToCustomers managing their RSA cases online within My Cases application.
Resolution1) Log on the RSA Link portal: https://community.rsa.com/

2) Click on "My Cases" top menu:

3) Go to "Cases" tab:

4) Within the "View" drop-down menu, select "Open Cases (portal view)" and click on the "Go!" button.

5) Click on the case number you would like to update or comment on.

6) Hover your mouse on "Case Comments" menu and click on "Add Comment":

7) Write your update in the "Comment" field and click the "Save" button:

8) A confirmation will be displayed. You can also view your recent comment(s) by hovering your mouse on the "Case Comments" menu:

9) The case owner will get an email notification about your comment and the case status will also be updated:
