Resolution | Turn off compatibility mode in the browser or remove the Archer Website from the list Compatibility View list.
- Open the Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools button, and then click Compatibility View Settings.
- Under 'Websites you have added to Compatibility View', select the Archer Website/URL , and then click 'Remove'.
However, if the company policy requires the use of Compatibility View within the browser, here are the steps to enforce that through IIS. NOTE: There may be different user interface issues due to the emulation header.
- Log in to the Archer Web server.
- Click Start, click Administrative Tools and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- In the Connections pane, expand the node for the server.
- Select the web site where you want to add the custom HTTP response header.
- In the Web site pane, double-click the HTTP Response Headers icon.
- Under Actions, click Add.
- In the Name box, type X-UA-Compatible.
- In the Value box, type IE=EmulateIE9.
- Click OK.
